楽しいトレーニングの瞬間📸

今日は子ども達と一緒に、「ラケットボール運び」を行いました！ラケットの上にボールを慎重に乗せて、そっと歩くトレーニング💪はじめはバランスを取るのが難しかったけど、練習を重ねるうちにどんどん上手になっていきました✨

今回のチャレンジでは、指定された距離をボールを落とさずに歩くことが目標です。障害物を上手に避けて、さらに速く進むことができた子も！みんな笑顔で楽しみながら挑戦しました。

最後はちょっとしたチーム対抗戦を開催して、大盛り上がり！さて、どっちのチームが勝ったでしょうか？😉

定期的にこうした楽しい活動を通じて、子どもたちの自信や体力向上をサポートしていきます。

Fun training moments 📸

Today, we did a "racket ball carry" with the children! The training involved carefully placing a ball on a racket and walking slowly while balancing it 💪. At first, it was difficult to keep their balance, but as they practiced, they gradually got better and better ✨.

For this challenge, the goal was to walk the designated distance without dropping the ball. Some of the children were even able to avoid obstacles skillfully and move faster! Everyone took on the challenge with smiles on their faces and had a great time.

At the end, we held a little team competition, which was very exciting! So, which team do you think won? 😉
